The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering an array of fresh pastries, fruits, and breads each morning, a true testament to Catalan gastronomy.One evening, I dined at the hotel's own Restaurante Trencadis, intrigued by its innovative approach to traditional Spanish dishes. The ambiance was inviting, blending modern decor with a nod to Catalan heritage. The chef's creativity shone through each dish, showcasing a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that pleased even my discerning palate. The proximity of the hotel to Estel De Sant Pau and 1902 Cafe Modernista provided additional culinary delights to explore.
